The U.S. House of Representatives unanimously adopted Resolution No. 759 Wednesday, holding Japan responsible for atrocities against sex slaves during World War II.

The Resolutions says:

  1. Japan should admit its historical responsibility for enslaving women as sex objects.
  2. Tokyo is obliged to educate present and future generations about the atrocious crimes.
  3. Japan should never deny enslaving and subordinating women as forced prostitutes.
  4. Tokyo should decide on the necessary and proper forms of compensation.
