The number of people being refused entry increased by 11% this year according to the Korea Herald.
And the top nationalities were:
- Thai (3,743)
- Chinese (1,288)
- Bangladeshi (900)
- Mongolian (607)
- Uzbek (296)
6,263 travelers were turned away because their entry purposes were not clear, while 1,779 had forged passports. It also said 255 foreigners had previously been banned from entering the country, and 85 did not have proper entry visas.
I am very surpised the Thai’s are ahead of the Chinese on the list. And no Vietnamese mail order brides up there either.
They must be doing a good job on the paperwork.
